These terms apply to every student admitted to KIDAT. Fees are not refundable once paid.
On successful completion of the course, KIDAT will issue a certificate.
If a class is cancelled for reasons beyond the institute's control, the institute's liability is limited to rescheduling that class.
A student found to be involved in any destructive action on the premises is liable to be dismissed.
Students do not have a choice over a particular instructor.
The venue and class days may change at the discretion of the management.
Other payment details apply as mentioned in the fee receipt.
The course is valid for one year from the date of the first payment.
Requests for batch shifting in exceptional circumstances, such as medical issues or family emergencies, may be considered case by case. A shifting fee of up to ₹10,000 may be charged.
Students may not withdraw from a course once it has begun. A student who withdraws mid-course and wishes to re-enrol must submit a new application and pay the applicable fees.
On an instalment plan, a late fee applies to payments made after the due date on the fee receipt.
Unless the institute cancels a course entirely, fees are non-refundable once paid, whether or not any class has been attended.
A minimum attendance of 75% is required to qualify for the final certificate.
Latecomers may be barred from entering a class in progress to avoid disruption.
