Learning from the industry
Alongside the daily studio work, KIDAT brings in people who do the job for a living. They teach a session, work with students one to one, and leave the class with something to practise.
Harshavardhan Rai
Draping artist and fashion entrepreneur. He drapes a saree on himself, then has the class drape each other fold by fold, and sits down afterwards to talk about his work.
InstagramPunith Subbaiah
Model, guest lecturer and mentor. A talk on how the industry works, told through his own test shoots, followed by one-to-one feedback for each student.
