Welcome to KIDAT Fashion Design Institute. By enrolling in our courses, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment & Fees

  • Admission to KIDAT courses is subject to availability and eligibility criteria.

  • All course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan before the commencement of classes.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases of course cancellation by KIDAT.

2. Course Structure & Changes

  • KIDAT reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, faculty, or curriculum as needed.

  • Any changes will be communicated in advance where possible.

3. Code of Conduct

  • Students must maintain discipline and professionalism during their time at KIDAT.

  • Any misconduct, including plagiarism, harassment, or disruption of classes, may result in disciplinary action or expulsion.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Course materials, including videos, notes, and designs, are the intellectual property of KIDAT and must not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

  • Student projects may be used by KIDAT for promotional and educational purposes with due credit.

5. Attendance & Certification

  • Students are required to maintain a minimum attendance as specified for each course.

  • Certificates will only be awarded to students who successfully complete the course and meet all requirements.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

  • KIDAT is not responsible for personal belongings lost on the premises.

  • While we strive for accuracy, KIDAT does not guarantee job placement or business success upon course completion.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information collected during enrollment is used solely for academic and administrative purposes.

  • KIDAT will not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

  • KIDAT reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Students will be notified of any significant changes.
